Career merchant, product innovator, and retail strategist with 25+ years bringing consumer products to market at America's top retailers. As Chief Merchandising Officer at Three-Sixty Group, he grew Sharper Image retail sales from $225M to $800M annually — earning #1 NPD rankings in Massage, Handheld Massagers, and Personal Care in 2021 and 2022.

Prior to HALO, Rene spent 18 years at Brookstone rising from Store Manager to OVP/DMM, and founded Blueprynt International, consulting for Sharper Image, HoMedics, and Vornado. He holds 12 utility and design patents and has launched category-defining products including AR Drone, Big Blue Audio, Kinetic Sand, and Pico Projectors.

David Yang

CTO — Product Development & Technology

Over 20 years of consumer electronics product development expertise spanning audio, wellness, and personal care. As VP of Product Development at Three-Sixty Group, he led product innovation and engineering for the Sharper Image brand — and spent a decade at Brookstone's Asia Division building deep sourcing and development expertise across Hong Kong operations.

David also led product management for JAM Wireless Audio and Sol Republic at FKA Brands. He holds multiple patents including a seamless knit headphone enclosure and UV sanitizing apparatus, and is co-inventor on the Sharper Image PowerBoost percussion massager patents.
